1.  How does this work?

  • Call or text 303-210-1981 to set up an appointment

  • We will determine a location to meet

  • We look over your bike and recommend what services/parts are needed and agree on a price

  • We service your bicycle onsite or, if necessary, offsite and will call you when it's ready to see where we can drop it off so you can get pedaling!

2.  What is you service area?

  • We are based in Boulder, Colorado, but our service area extends up to 50 miles. Depending on our availability, we will travel farther.

3.  How can we meet up?

  • We can pick up your bicycle(s) from your home, work or another agreed upon location. We prefer to meet you in person so we can do a quick assessment and let you know what service(s) are recommended as well as have you fill out any necessary paperwork.

4. Why aren't parts included in tune-up costs?

  • Prices of parts vary. We won't know what parts your bicycle needs until we see it. The tune-up price includes the mechanic's time and operating costs. 

5. Do you take credit cards?

  • Yes! We conveniently accept all major credit cards via SQUARE.
